**Breaking news from FCW's latest TV Tapings **
Liviana has been named the new General Manager of FCW, after a shocking announcement during the taping of FCW's 100th episode. FCW's President Steve Keirn was on the brink of appointing someone to the empty position of General Manager, when Byron Saxton received an email from WWE's corporate office, informing the FCW Universe that Steve Keirn was under legal investigation. Steve was ordered to travel to WWE Headquarters for an emergency meeting, and Liviana was then named the new General Manager in front of a stunned audience.
Johnny Curtis and Derrick Bateman were crowned the new Florida Tag Team Champions after defeating the team of Donny Marlow and Brodus Clay and the former champions, Los Aviadores in a Three Way Tag Team Title Match. The intense encounter saw non-stop action, until Derrick Bateman was able to secure the pinfall victory for his team. This is Derrick Bateman's first taste of gold in FCW, while Johnny Curtis begins his second reign as a Florida Tag Team Champion. Johnny Curtis' previous reign as a champ is to date the longest tag team title reign in FCW history!

**Mason Ryan wins Florida Heavyweight Title **
A shaking of the very infrastructure of Florida Championship Wrestling took place on July 22nd at FCW's TV tapings, when the newcomer Mason Ryan defeated Johnny Curtis and Alex Riley in a surprise triple threat match to become the new Florida Heavyweight Champion! A relative newcomer, Mason Ryan has obliterated everyone in his path in his short tenure thus far in FCW. Ryan had been claiming for weeks that he would capture the Florida Heavyweight Title, and he made true upon his claims in his very first title match.
Standing at a towering 6'5", and weighing nearly 290 lbs, Mason Ryan has always cut an impressive figure when he appeared in the FCW Arena. Seemingly chiseled from granite, the man from Cardiff, Wales has been unstoppable since stepping foot in the squared circle, leaving a path of destruction and maimed bodies in his wake on his quest to become the Florida Heavyweight Champion. "I did exactly what I said I would," said Ryan when fcwwrestling.com caught up with the new champion. "I told everyone that I would be the Florida Heavyweight Champion from day one, because I knew it was my destiny. Now, I will dominate FCW until the whole world stands up and takes notice, and Mason Ryan will become champion of the world!"

**AMERICAN DREAM" DUSTY RHODES RETURNS TO THE RING**
Florida wrestling legend the "American Dream" Dusty Rhodes has announced plans to step out of retirement and step back into the wrestling ring on Friday night, July 9th in Kissimmee, Florida. For the first time ever, "The Dream" will be teaming up with his WWE Superstar sons, Cody Rhodes and Goldust and will be facing WWE’s Supertstars Curt Hawkins, Trent Barreta, and Caylen Croft.
Dusty Rhodes first became a household name during the 1970's and 1980's competing for the original Florida Championship Wrestling. Rhodes then moved onto the NWA/WCW where he would capture multiple World Titles before eventually joining Vince McMahon's World Wrestling Entertainment (formerly WWF). Rhodes was inducted into the WWE Hall of Fame in 2007. Goldust is a former WWE Intercontinental Champion and World Tag Team Champion currently featured on WWE's Monday Night Raw. Cody Rhodes is also a former World Tag Team Champion currently featured on WWE's Smackdown and NXT Television Shows. Prior to the show, all three will be signing autographs for fans in attendance.
The event takes place at the Osceola Heritage Park Exhibition Hall located at

Florida Championship Wrestling continues its 15 date “New Years Wrestlelution Tour” on January 16, 2010 at the Crystal Rivers Armory in Crystal River, Fl with a special one night Legends Night featuring the reunion of Money Ink” “The Million Dollar Man” Ted DiBiase Sr.” and Mike “IRS” Rotundo. The former three time WWF World Tag Team Champions will appear in a rare meet and greet autograph session that night. Joining them in the autograph session will be FCW Superstars Brett DiBiase and Bo and Duke Rotundo.
The action packed card features 8 matches including Florida Heavyweight Champion Justin Angel and Tag Team Champions Trent Beretta and Caylen Croft in action. Also taking part in the action is the hot FCW Divas and 7’1” Jackson Andrews and 7”2” Eli Cottonwood.

***BREAKING NEWS FROM THE FCW ARENA***
Please let us take this opportunity to update you on some breaking news coming out of the FCW Arena from tonight’s TV Taping! In an impromptu FCW Heavyweight Championship match up which pitted Heath Slater against rising star Justin Angel, the crowd at the FCW Arena were treated to an amazing performance by both superstars, which ultimately saw Angel declared the victor and crowned new FCW Heavyweight Champion! After General Manager Abraham Washington declared the contest a 2-out-of-3 falls match up, with a time limit of 30 minutes, momentum seemed firmly with reigning champ Slater after he took the first fall on the 10 minute mark. With time slipping away, South African sensation unexpectedly level the score with just 5 minutes left on the clock, setting up an incredible back and forth finish. Finally, with just 4 seconds remaining on the clock before the contest was declared a draw, Angel managed to connect with his jaw-dropping 450 splash and get the 3-count over Slater, winning the contest by 2 falls to 1 and securing the FCW Heavyweight Championship in the process.
With the fans in attendance elated to have witness FCW history being made, FCW management have been quick to announce that Angel’s first title defense will take place this Saturday at the FCW Live Event in Plant City, Fl. On September 3rd, Serena Mancini became the 2nd Queen of FCW, by defeating Savannah. Savannah had held the title of Queen of FCW for over 200 days, setting a record that may never be broken. However, as Serena Mancini looks to the future, her plans for dominance in the FCW Divas division seem clear. Serena claims to get what she wants, and she did just that by dethroning the former Queen.

On August 13th, not only did FCW mark the historic 50th episode of FCW TV, but Heath Slater became the first man to hold all three titles from Florida Championship Wrestling’s history. Heath Slater held the now-defunct Southern Heavyweight Championship in early 2008, and had a successful run as one half of the Florida Tag Team Champions with his now-rival, Joe Hennig in the fall of 2008. By adding the Florida Heavyweight Championship to his list of accomplishments, Heath Slater will go down in the record books.

On July 23rd, Bo & Duke Rotundo became the first ever 3rd generation brother tag team to win the Florida Tag Team Championships. The sons of WWE legend IRS and grandsons of WWE Hall of Famer Blackjack Mulligan, Bo & Duke emerged victorious on a night that saw the Florida Tag Team Championships change hands not once, but twice!
